At 24/7 Gym Equipment, we want to ensure your fitness journey is supported by the best gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned equipment must be in its original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For heavy machinery, we will coordinate a freight pickup at your location; for smaller accessories, simply drop off the package at any authorized shipping center using our provided label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
